Hiawatha Chef Supply, Inc.
Our story opens in the beautiful Upper Peninsula of Michigan when Lois Murker and Doug Wescott saw a need for a commercial foodservice equipment and supply store based outside the Milwaukee and Chicago metropolitan areas.
